Can I do Remote Supervised Tele-ART test for travel purpose?

Yes. Remote supervised Tele-ART for travel purpose is available at Complete Healthcare International.

Outbound travelers:

You don’t need to come to the clinic physically for pre-departure test anymore. Just make sure that ART is accepted as the pre-departure test for the country you are going to.

Inbound travelers:

Eligible group- Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Work Pass Holders situated overseas

Time frame- within 2 days before departure for Singapore

Why do I need Remote Supervised Tele-ART test for COVID-19 infection?

If you are down with COVID-19 infection, you must wonder whether you need to see a doctor yet you would be concerned about spreading to others. You don’t need to travel to a clinic. It is now allowed to have ART done virtually under a medical practitioner’s supervision.

It is not compulsory to have your infection registered. However, it is important to have it registered as it affects your booster status and might allow you to be exempted from pre-departure test requirement for travel.

We will help you submit results so that your status would be documented officially. A medical certificate, medications, and recovery memo will also be available.

2. Registration:

   New patient
   1. Fill up the pre-registration link for our clinic system to register you as a patient
   2. Fill up HealthHub link to register on the swab system
   Existing patient
   3. Fill up HealthHub link to register on the swab system
   
   

3. Payment

   • Payment in advance is required for travel purpose
   • For symptomatic patients, payment would be collected after consultation
   
   

4. Preparation before Supervised Tele-ART Test:

   • Prepare your IC or passport for ID identification
   • Select a flat surface and place the test kit, swab and solutions arranged in front of the camera at all times
   
   

   *Do not open your test kit until told to do so

5. During the test:

   1. Face the camera and follow tester’s instructions for positioning your face and nose before and throughout the test
   2. Await test result for 15 mins
   
   

   *The kit needs to be within the camera view at all times

6. After the test:

   Our staff will submit the result within 1 hour

What is the cost for the Supervised Tele-Art Test?
