If you are new to our clinic, we request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the necessary paperwork.

Please bring along to your first appointment: Your ID/FIN/NRIC card, your Health Insurance Membership card and the details of your past medical history, medication and vaccination history.

Standard consultations are approximately 15 minutes (this excludes time to see a nurse or collect your medication). Please notify the receptionist if you are likely to need more time (e.g. for a health screening, medical, well women check which can often be 30 min+ in duration). If more than one person from your family wishes to see the doctor at the same time, please ensure a separate appointment is made for each family member.

We understand that your time is valuable, therefore, we endeavour to adhere to all scheduled appointments. Emergencies are always given priority and our receptionist will attempt to contact you or inform you in advance if there is an unforeseen delay.

We aim to offer an appointment with a doctor of your choice. An alternative will be given if your preferred doctor is unavailable. Urgent cases will be seen on the same and priority will be given to a sick child.

We accept all hardcopy insurance forms for purposes of medical reimbursement. The forms can be completed by our doctors at the end of the consultation. Please remember to bring a claim form with you on your first visit.

Consultation fees are dependent on the time spent with the doctor as well as the content and complexity of the consultation. We accept the following modes of payment at all our clinic: cash or debit; NETS, Credit Card (Visa/ MasterCard/ Amex) or Cheque (payable to “Complete Healthcare Pte Ltd”).
