Registration for overseas COVID-19 vaccination records

You can now have your overseas COVID-19 vaccinations registered in Singapore.

It is available daily at $100.00 per patient (excluding GST). The result will be updated in National Immunization Registry.

If your certificate can be verified digitally, the cost is at $50.00 per patient (excluding GST).

This program is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Long-Term and Short-Term Pass Holders.

1. NRIC or Employment Pass/Work Permit (foreigners)
2. A physical or digital copy of your overseas COVID-19 vaccination document

Your result will be updated in National Immunization Registry. It should be reflected under your Health hub account and tracetogether app.

1. Why do I have to register my overseas COVID-19 vaccinations?

   As COVID-19 vaccinations become compulsory in Singapore, it is essential to register your overseas COVID-19 vaccinations in Singapore. Vaccination records are kept electronically in the National Immunisation Registry.

2. What documents do I need for Covid-19 Record update?

   You will need proof of identity such as NRIC/FIN and a physical or digital documentation of your overseas vaccinations.

   Yes, but you are encouraged to book an appointment beforehand so that we can serve you promptly.

5. Must I have serology done?

6. What is the cost of the getting my COVID-19 vaccinations record registered?

   AsiaMedic oversea Covid-19 vaccination record registration is charged at $100.00 (exclusive of GST). There are no other charges involved.

   If your certificate can be verified digitally, the cost is at $50.00 per patient (excluding GST).

7. What if I had not only been vaccinated but also recovered from COVID-19?

   We can now update your vaccination record with your recovered status.

   If you were vaccinated with inactivated vaccines (Sinovac, Sinopharm, Covaxin), the followings are the documents accepted as proof of recovery:

   1. Confirmatory C+ PCR test result (Antigen positive is not accepted)
   2. A doctor’s discharge memo or an
   3. An international COVID-19 recovery certificate

   Extra blood test with Anti-N is required, therefore the total charges are at $140.00 (exclusive of GST).

   Please bring along your vaccination record as well.
