repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescription request allows you to ask for multiple medications and products at your convenience. Requesting the medications vie email will greatly reduce your waiting time and the need for a full consultation with the prescribing doctor, in some cases.

Please ensure the request form is completed with essential information such as your full name, date of birth and contact details.

This will ensure that your request is handled as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for a 24 hours turnaround time to process your request. Our staff will contact you on the collection arrangement.

Note:

• Requests received before 4pm (from Monday – Friday) – Will be processed on the same day
• Requests received after 4pm (Mon-Fri) – Will be processed on the following business day
• Requests received before 11am (on Saturday) – Will be processed on the same day
• Requests received after 11am (from Saturday – Sunday)- Will be processed on Monday

Note: Repeat prescription request should be made via email. Only in severe cases will a prescription be excepted via phone request. All requests will require the same time allocation.

Note:A $15.00 processing fee will apply for patients with repeat medications request.
