We accept all hardcopy insurance forms for purposes of medical reimbursement. The forms can be completed by our doctors at the end of the consultation. Please remember to bring the necessary claim form on your first visit.
In CHI, we offer a 'cashless' arrangement for our clients. We partner with the following insurance companies on direct billing:
CHI will liaise directly with the above listed insurance companies to request for payment. Our corporate services team is expanding the list to include more insurers.

If you would like to register for this service, please download the Patient Authorisation to Direct Billing Terms form, and bring it with you on your next visit, or email it to CHI at insurance@chi-health.com.sg.
Please note that on your next visit to our clinic, we will complete your details. For first visit and traveller, Direct billing cannot be processed as we need at least 48 hours to get your status confirmed and to set you up for direct billing.
