COVID-19 Testing in Singapore COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Swab, Saliva and Antigen Rapid tests will be available to all patients required.
Individuals who require Pre-Departure Testing before travel will no longer need to seek approval from MOH for approval.

Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR Swab | Saliva Test is now available at $160 (excluding GST) for individuals or $140 per individual for a group of two and more at AsiaMedic CHI (Complete Healthcare International).
Express service (getting results within 6 hours) is available at $300 (excluding GST).
If you are travelling to China, the additional requirement of a COVID-19 antibody test is available at $100 (excluding GST). The serology test required depends on the vaccine you had.
If the issuance of the certificate needs to be done after office hours, a surcharge of $30 for an individual or $50 for a group of two and above is applied.
The cost of the Pre-Departure COVID-19 PCR Swab | Saliva Test is not eligible for Direct Billing.
Make An AppointmentYou should make an appointment that fits your required testing window, which should be at least 48 to 72 hours before your departure (whichever is applicable, depending on requirements set out by your destination country). You will then receive the results via email within 24 hours of the test.
All Swab | Saliva tests are strictly by appointment. We have the right to reject you if we are unable to meet the requested timeline for your departure.

You will receive a confirmation email with the clinic location and appointment date and time. Please arrive punctually for your swab test. Your punctuality will ensure minimal patient mingling and exposure in our waiting room.
Please DO NOT eat, drink or smoke for 30 minutes prior to the Saliva Sample PCR test
You will receive your test results via your registered email address within 24 hours. You are advised to print hard copies of your results and bring them with you overseas.
Please kindly double-check all personal details after receiving your pre-departure report, as you would not be able to travel if the details are incorrect.
It is possible that a delay in laboratory reporting of results may occur, leading to an event where the flight is missed.
Please ensure that the pre-departure appointment is within the testing window aligned with your country’s destination requirement.
AsiaMedic CHI (Complete Healthcare International) is not liable for any additional costs incurred should there be any rejections from the airlines, embassy and authorities.
